By engaging Taylors Rural Services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all services provided by Taylors Rural Services across the Dorrigo Plateau and surrounding areas.

1. Services Provided
Taylors Rural Services provides rural contracting services including water cartage, excavation, driveway repairs, property maintenance, firewood delivery, tree removal, tank and trough installation, and quarry supply delivery. All services are subject to availability and suitability based on site conditions.

2. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes are provided based on information supplied by the client. Final pricing may vary if access issues, additional labour, or material requirements are encountered. Any changes will be communicated before proceeding.

3. Site Access and Safety
Clients must ensure safe, legal, and clear access to the worksite. Taylors Rural Services reserves the right to refuse or delay service if access is unsafe or obstructed. Livestock, pets, or hazards must be secured or removed prior to commencement.

4. Scheduling and Delays
We will make every effort to adhere to agreed schedules. However, delays due to weather, supply shortages, or unforeseen circumstances may occur. We will notify you as early as possible if rescheduling is required.

5. Payment Terms
Invoices are issued upon completion of service or as agreed. Payment is due within the timeframe noted on the invoice (typically 7–14 days). Late payments may incur fees or suspension of future service until resolved.

6. Cancellations and Changes
If you need to cancel or change a scheduled service, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less notice may incur a fee, particularly if equipment or staff have been allocated.

7. Liability
Taylors Rural Services is not liable for damage to underground utilities or structures not clearly marked. Clients are responsible for disclosing any site risks or limitations. We take all reasonable care during operations.

8. Warranties
We warrant our workmanship for a reasonable period depending on the type of service. This excludes damage caused by weather, misuse, neglect, or third-party interference.

9. Use of Website and Content
All content on our website is the property of Taylors Rural Services. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use content without written permission.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
